Kytos will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. Accepted return must then be received by Kytos within 7 days of Return Request approval.
Once the return request has been lodged you will be contacted via email or phone to advise next steps.
2. You must provide proof of purchase. Please note: Your Kytos online tax invoice is the best form of proof of purchase.
3. In case of incorrect item, the item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories;
We strongly urge using the box we send your order in for any returns as using padded bags or envelopes often results in damaged goods, which cannot be refunded.
4. All returned merchandise must arrive back to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.
5. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
Kytos reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused.
Kytos reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
Not all purchases are eligible for return. Item not eligible include the products which seem like their storage conditions may be compromised and the product could have tampered.
